INSURANCE

MediCare part B is now being phased out. Currently, only serving existing MediCare clients and not accepting new MediCare clients.

Superbills are provided for all other insurances, for those with out of network benefits.

STANDARD CLINICAL RATES

$250 for a 75 minute intake/first visit

$200 for a 50 minute individual session

$225 for a 75 minute individual session

$275 for a 90 minute individual session

$200 for a 50 minute couple's session

$175 for every hour of psychological testing/evaluation

$200 for every hour of neuropsychological testing/evaluation

$275 for an ESA (emotional support animal) evaluation and letter

$600 - $900 for a Diagnostic Mental Health Evaluation

$1500 - $2200 for a Neuropsychological Evaluation
